3Di was founded by Ilana Yakubovsky, an Internationally Trained Architect and Aerial Photographer, based in Toronto, ON. Along with Alex Mashcherikov, a Senior CAD Specialist, we provide Design, Drafting, 3D Modelling and Aerial Photography services for Architects, Designers, and the general public.

Over the past 10 years, we have worked within Toronto, Canada and Internationally, striving to provide high quality work at affordable price levels, with a quick turnaround. Initial inquiries can be made online, but we’re always happy to speak in person and to come on site.

As a Licensed Transport Canada RPAS Operator (Photography Drone Pilot), Ilana can provide High Quality Aerial Video & Photography. For Real Estate Visualizations, an aerial photograph may also be used as the designated real-world environment of a future project.

Our work has been featured in winning Architectural Competitions, Real Estate publications, Magazines, Billboards, For-Sale Booklets and Project Fundraising.
